Plyometric Training
Plyometric Training has been shown to be one most effective methods to improve “Power” as performed regularly in sports such as football, netball, basketball plus many others.
The purpose of plyometrics is to improve the athletes capacity to apply “more force more rapidly” and is ideal for pre-training sessions when athletes are fresh.
Circuit Training
Circuit Training is a series of consecutive structured exercises for improvement in aerobic fitness, muscular endurance, strength, and skill development.
